Jo Ellen Clever Scheduling Coordinator Hi, I'm Jo Ellen and I am the cheerful voice you hear on our phone, helping to accommodate your busy schedule when making your appointments. I also assist in general office duties including correspondence with general dentists and specialists by writing letters and sending X-rays. My favorite part of my job is watching our patients change and grow up throughout treatment. I love watching new smiles emerge! I was born in Wooster, Ohio and have lived in Ashland with my husband, Tim, since 2000. We have two daughters, two sons, and five grandchildren that I enjoy loving during my free time. |

Michelle Miller Treatment Coordinator Hi! My name is Michelle and I'll be one of the first to get to know you and make you feel comfortable at our office. During this visit, I will assist Dr. Gregg with your comprehensive orthodontic exam and take any necessary X-rays or photos. I will also present any financial information regarding treatment and work with you to find a suitable and comfortable financial plan to fit your budget. I also oversee Patient Relations, helping to plan exciting events and organize patient contests. My husband Scott and I have lived in Ashland since 2001, and love spending time with our children Nolan, Brody, Bryce and Kylee. We also have two fun-loving pets, our Newfoundland, Brodie, and St. Bernard, Tubby! |

Monica Moser Financial Coordinator Hello, my name is Monica and I am one of the friendly faces that will greet you when you arrive at our office. My main goal is to facilitate your financial and clinical consultation, and answer any insurance questions that may concern you. I am happy to tell you we are flexible with payments and will finance your treatment interest free with our specific payment plans. It is important to me that your financial arrangements are working for you, so please inform me if any changes or concerns in your financial situation occur during treatment. I have lived in Ashland since 2001 with my husband John and our Yellow Labs, Lotte and Ruby. In February, 2009, we added a new member to our family, Stanzi Moser! I enjoy watching pro football (go Steelers!) and traveling to visit family and friends. I've also been known to karaoke"Love Shack" with John! |

Susan Gregg Administrative Assistant Hello, I'm Susan and I'm one of the smiling faces that will greet you when you arrive. I answer the phone, schedule appointments, and generally help patients feel comfortable, confident and happy! I love orthodontics because it is such a positive profession; it makes people feel good about themselves. I grew up in the Ashland community and live with my husband, Bob. When I'm not at the office, I'm teaching K-8 music at St. Edward's School in Ashland. I love "making music" in all walks of life and love being involved with kids. |

Mandy Bowen Clinical Coordinator Hi I'm Mandy and you'll see me working hard in the clinical section of our office. I assist Dr. Gregg, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and order supplies. I love to be a part of our patients' lives, getting to know them, and watching them grow up. It's very rewarding to create beautiful smiles that help build self-confidence. Our team is very energetic and we love to have fun! I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and have lived in Ashland since 1985. I have been married to my husband, Dan since 2006. We have two dogs, Jayde and Sarge, and a bunny named Bonnie. Some of my hobbies include riding ATV's, target shooting, and shopping. I'm also involved in Relay for Life. Bet you didn't know that I have skydivedand loved every minute of it! |

Holly Smith Clinical Assistant Hello, my name is Holly and I'm part of the clinical team that will help create your new smile! I work to make your visit as comfortable as possible by assisting Dr. Gregg and setting up X-rays. I'll also help you pick out your favorite colors for your braces! The best part about my job is getting to know our patients and their families. I was born and raised in Ashland, and now live with my husband, Brent and our wonderful son, Cooper. I love spending time with my family as well as camping, canoeing, biking and walking. |

Brittnay Coffman Clinical Assistant Hi, I'm Brittnay and as the newest team member at Gregg Orthodontics, I have truly enjoyed getting to know all our patients and learning about their lives. It's amazing to see all the new types of braces and "clear" ways to straighten teeth, like Invisalign®. I am originally from Savannah, Ohio, and attended Crestview school systems. I live with my fianc, James and our two children, Aubrey and Ayden. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy working on cars and tractors! |

Deanna Patterson Lab Technician Hello, I'm Deanna and you will likely see me bending retainer wires or polishing acrylic in the orthodontic lab at our office. I am the one that fabricates your retainer and am excited to share in the joy of helping you maintain your beautiful smile! Beautiful teeth certainly make a statement, and a beautiful smile adds warmth and friendliness to everyone's day. I have lived in Ashland since 1985, and my husband Bill and I have been married for 27 years. We have two children, Beau and Brittnay, as well as two dogs that are still at home. Outside of the office I enjoy yard work, shopping, and reading Christian literature. |
